Return Policy

My return policy is simple-if you bought it from me than I will accept a return. I want you to be happy with your order and love what you have purchased. There are a few details though.

Your return of an original purchase can only be refunded to the original payment method. This means that any gift returns can only be refunded to the original card holder. But, you may exchange for an item of the same value or receive a store credit.

Due to the nature of promotions any returns must be accompanied with a receipt or the information to locate the transaction. Any items purchased as a "Buy on Get one" may only be refunded if both items are present. Any "free or reduced price" promotional item may only be exchanged for an item of the same value.

Items being returned must be in their original condition - unworn with tags on.

There are no returns for opened food items. If there was an issue please contact me.

There are no returns on items marked and priced as Final Sale or Clearance.

I would encourage you to give some thought to the impact of shipping packages on the environment when you are ordering. Many larger stores who accept returns send these returned items to the trash. I process returns responsibly and they will not be thrown away unless they are damaged. In that case they will be disposed of responsibly and recycled where possible.

If you have questions about the product and fit please feel free to ask prior to ordering. Anything I can do to ensure that the package arrives to you and is not returned is best!

Returns will be completed via Canada Post. Once you advise me of the return I will provide you the information to send the item back via mail.

I ask that returns be completed within 15 days of receipt of your item. But, this is flexible and we can discuss returns outside of this time frame. I will always try to work with you to find an acceptable result.

As the sole owner and only employee. I personally receive your order, package it, ship or deliver and accept the returns. My goal is to provide you the best service that I can. If you have any issues I want to solve them. If you do have a problem please remember first and foremost I am just a regular person trying to do my best. We can work together to find a resolution. I am almost always available at the store or by Text, Email or Messaging through the Website or App.
