I started Once@426 at the end of 2017 after what seemed like a lifetime of working in the legal and social services system. I saw an opportunity to do something I would love and in the process build a new life.

Now in my 6th year of business I can say that I love meeting everyone who comes into the store and I have made a new career for myself. I have had to learn this business from the ground up and I still have lots more to learn. But, every year I feel I am getting better and better and I love the challenge of learning how to serve your needs.

If you stop by in person or follow me online you are bound to see and hear all about my husband, kids, our pets and travels. Also, you will see posts about other great businesses and some events that we have to offer in the small but growing town of Prescott, Ontario. We are ideally located along the St. Lawrence River with access to an International Bridge to the USA within minutes and Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto all within a relatively short drive. We still feel like a small town and I hope if you are reading this that you will plan a trip to our area. It will be well worth the drive. It is really beautiful and I am so pleased to have the opportunity to live and work here.
