Shipping policy

We use Canada Post to ship most packages. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order after your payment and order are processed.

We will provide you with an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order.

Orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday only.

Please keep in mind that we are a small family business - we will get in touch with you as soon as possible but we are not always available to respond immediately.

Orders over $100 before taxes receive Free Shipping

Orders under $100 pay $15 Flat Rate Shipping 

Orders over $200 before taxes and duties receive Free Shipping

Orders under $150 pay a flat rate of $30 USD

Orders over $250 receive free shipping

Orders below $250 pay $45 Flat Rate Shipping

Canadian orders are subject to the taxes (GST/HST) per their region.

International Orders - these orders may incur import fees, duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any fees, duties and taxes that are assessed upon crossing the border. Once@426 is not responsible for any fees as a result of taxes and duties due in the customers region.

If Shipping companies require  duties be paid prior to sending your parcel we will contact you for the extra payment prior to shipping your item. This may be required for US shipments. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES UPON DELIVERY. THESE ARE NOT COLLECTED IN ADVANCE.
