SHIPPING POLICY

We use Canada Post to ship your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order after your payment and order are processed.
We will provide you with an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your order.
Orders are processed during business hours Monday to Friday.

Taxes and Duties

Canadian orders are subject to the taxes (GST/HST) per their region.
US and International Orders - these orders may incur import fees, duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any fees, duties and taxes that are assessed upon crossing the border. Once@426 is not responsible for any fees as a result of taxes and duties due in the customers region.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

We want you to love your purchase! But, we need to limit any returns to 14 days from the date of delivery. Your purchase must be unworn and in the original condition with the original tags attached. Anything that appears damaged, used, washed or worn will not be refunded. 
No refunds or exchanges are available on Swimwear, Under Garments including Shapewear, Sale and Clearance items, Hats, Pierced Earrings, Soaps and Skin Products and any other personal products.
For any Returns that include a promotional gift or is part of a "buy one get one" event  the gift or secondary item must also be returned for any refund to take place.
